Pearls of Wisdom from Baddix

- Dude, why are some people in this country so white and some people so black?

Baddix: You should trust people who are competent have a good character...
Dopix: You are a slacker, and cannot maintain a good GPA, so you are obviously not competent. Moreover, given your shady past involving smoking, drinking and other stuff, your character is obviously highly questionable. Therefore, by your own logic, you are not to be trusted.
Baddix: (smiles sheepishly)

Quote Correction

Saddix: "You can change the things you do, and then let the things you do change you."

Baddix being the slow one that he is, obviously cannot get even simple quotes correct. The correct quote is: "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change"

1040B One-Liners

Saddix: "You can change the things you do, and then let the things you do change you."

Saddix (after an extended living room session): "This is what we've been doing. Been psycho-analyzing people for the last six years."

Rop-a-Dopix: "Be careful of humor. It can lead to one becoming socially and economically unprogressive. There are other reasons as well, but overusing humor is one of them."

Badix: "I don't think we ever laugh at the same things." Rop-a-Dopix: "Yes. But we at least laugh about that."

Badix: "Why are you wearing such a weird-colored shirt?" Saddix: "This is the closest I have to saffron!"

Saddix: "That's all you gotta be doing here -- living like a hermit.

Saddix (excitedly, as Badix tries to kill a roach): "Fast! Give it a quick death. It's a good thing you are doing to the roach; speeding up its process of attaining Moksha."

Badix: "I'd be true to the woman I love." Saddix: "What's wrong with you? Look at the statistics. What makes you think you're special?"

Badix: "Why are you reading the bible?" Saddix: "Hinduism couldn't give me what I wanted. I'm gonna try out christianity."

Saddix: "I go once in a while to check out what's happening in ISKON."

Badix: "Your life is an example for anyone how not to lead a life." Saddix: "Yes! But any other way one would lead it, it's an incomplete life."

Saddix and Rop-a-Dopix, scratching their ..umm.., "This is why we been here for so long."

Men of 1040B

Definition of Granola: Rolled oats mixed with dried fruit, brown sugar, nuts and such. Sometimes Hemp (Hemp is not Marijuana!)

Saddix: 31. Is convinced man is superior to woman, and self-proclaims himself to be a celibate. "Superiority complex is a better complex to have when you are looking for answers."

Rop-a-Dopix: 27. "Did you (quote-unquote) Google?" A beautiful mind -- that has still not seen a beautiful woman. If only there was a woman named Logic. (Intended Sarcastometer reading = 0.)

Gomplex: 28: To prospective roomies: "Are you veg or non-veg?" "What do you expect from your roommates?" To others: "Do you want to earn $25?"  OCD?

Brax: 22. Was he the man or the woman in his relationships?

Badix: 24. Umm..It's a verb now -- like "Dopix pulled a Badix". But Saddix says, "A soul cannot be lost for too long in the south-west corner of the building." A Jedi peacekeeper in the making?
